Here at CWCM, the focus of what I do is on improving your physical well being. You, like everyone else, wants to live life with the ability to move well enough to do what is required of us at our jobs, as well as in our lives outside of our work. We want to be able to do what we must, as well as what we would like to do, and to be able to do those things in relative comfort.
That's why people to come to this office. They are struggling with some aspect of their physical self, and are seeking assistance on getting help with that particular issue.
Yet, there is more to health than just our physical structure and ability. In particular, our mental well-being can play a huge role in not only the level of satisfaction we have regarding our lives, but also in how well we feel in a physical sense.
So, how do we keep our minds and mental state healthy? I'm glad you asked!
I believe that there are several key philosophical views and ideas that if examined closely, and more importantly put into practice, can help us to live a life of purpose, a life of inner peace and tranquility. A life with far less stress, anxiety, and anger than many of us experience on a daily basis.
As I mentioned earlier, all of us want to feel physically well and to be able to move through our lives with some degree of physical ease. But people also want to feel well mentally. They want to experience no more stress than is necessary. They just want to be generally happy. Yet they don't have anything to guide them down that path. A path that leads to inner peace, tranquility, and a sense of purpose.
What I want to do here, on this blog page, is to occasionally;
post some important philosophical information and knowledge for you to review and absorb.
Then, discuss how to put that information to use in your daily life by looking at;
What common situations can this knowledge be put to use to help you remain calm and at peace, and help you make wise decisions.
short daily practices that will help you to keep those ideas in the forefront of your thinking process, so you can make better choices in how you interact with other people, how you interact with yourself, and how you view the life you are living.
This may not be everyone's cup of tea, but hey, such is the way of things. Yet, in todays world, where stress levels are off the charts in our young people as well as with all other demographics, we all need a little helpful knowledge to guide us down a different path. A path
that will help keep our mental health situation positive, but will also help us physically too.
Keep your eyes out for that good stuff on this blog. As always, feel free to email me and let me know what you think about these posts.
Thanks for taking a look.
